Visit Jal Mahal & Hawa Mahal

Following lunch, we’ll proceed with our Jaipur excursion, making stops at the iconic Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal, also known as the Water Palace, where you’ll have ample opportunities to capture stunning photographs.

Jal Mahal is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th centuary by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.

Hawa Mahal In the late 18th century, Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh commissioned the construction of Hawa Mahal, a magnificent high screen wall, in 1799. The purpose of this architectural wonder was to provide the women of the royal family with a discreet vantage point from which to watch street festivals. The design of the palace, inspired by the Crown of Krishna, the revered Hindu deity, is attributed to the talented architect Lal Chand Ustad.

13:30 PM

City Palace

Built in the early 18th century, between 1729 and 1732, the City Palace was initially commissioned by Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. The original structure, which included the outer walls, was a testament to his vision and planning. Over time, successive rulers made additions to the palace, continuing to enhance its grandeur until the 20th century. Now, we are about to explore this magnificent architectural wonder.
14:30 PM

Jantar Mantar

Explore the rich astronomical heritage of India at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jantar Mantar, a remarkable complex of 19 architectural instruments. Commissioned by the visionary Rajput King Sawai Jai Singh II, this ancient observatory was meticulously completed in 1734 CE.
